Narrative:
After parking a cart in the aisle, it blocked a passenger. He then hit my arm with closed fist and said 'hey, move it.' I replied, 'just say excuse me, you don't have to hit me.' he then said, 'I didn't hit you, (expletive).' I then allowed him to pass and filled out a passenger misconduct form and called the captain. No action was taken after that by the company.

Title: A B757 FLT ATTENDANT RPTED THAT A PAX STRUCK HER WITH A CLOSED FIST BECAUSE THE CART WAS IN THE AISLE AND THE PAX WANTED BY ON A FLT FROM SJU TO ORD.
Narrative: AFTER PARKING A CART IN THE AISLE, IT BLOCKED A PAX. HE THEN HIT MY ARM WITH CLOSED FIST AND SAID 'HEY, MOVE IT.' I REPLIED, 'JUST SAY EXCUSE ME, YOU DON'T HAVE TO HIT ME.' HE THEN SAID, 'I DIDN'T HIT YOU, (EXPLETIVE).' I THEN ALLOWED HIM TO PASS AND FILLED OUT A PAX MISCONDUCT FORM AND CALLED THE CAPT. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AFTER THAT BY THE COMPANY.
