Narrative:
I was instructed to oil the engine of aircraft X. The aircraft was assigned #3 service the evening of jan/wed. The aircraft was to go to ZZZ on thursday morning. The crew noted the loss of some engine oil in the #2 engine. The amt in ZZZ svced #2 engine with 3 quarts of oil. He also noted the engine oil cap was off. I know I had put the oil cap on because I doublechked it before I entered the oil quantity in the computer.
