Narrative:
We pushed out at XA00 for a post 'B' check engine run. The guys on emergency equipment and cockpit were not qualified to run. I was told by my crew chief to run up and operations check wing and tail anti-ice. I requested help since I was unfamiliar with the history of applicable operations check. I was told to turn on anti-ice and check for faults. There were none.
