Narrative: LEVELED OFF AT 10000 FT. ENG SURGED FROM .92 MACH TO 1.8 MACH, THEN BACK TO .92, WITH YAWING OF ACFT. VERIFIED R ENG HAD FAILED. DECLARED AN EMER WITH ATC AND RETURNED TO DFW. LNDG WT WAS 124000 LBS.
