Narrative:
Female passenger boarded aircraft cursing and angry that her bags would not make the flight to fll. Her flight from hawaii was late arriving, therefore she was told her bags would not make our flight. She paced up and down the aisle, sat on her armrest, both while the seatbelt sign was on/off. She asked me for alcohol and I told her I would not serve her any due to the fact she was so frustrated. I felt like she was already on 'something.' I told her twice to fasten her seatbelt. Middle of flight, I saw her laying down in a row of 3 seats. Another passenger also shared her row. She had her feet on his tray table right in front of his face. He did not speak english, so he didn't say anything to her. Female passenger was not respecting his space. After the gear came down, flight attendants in jumpseat for landing, passenger got up to use lavatory. I told her to return to seat and fasten seatbelt. She behaved like a child.
