Narrative:
On the STAR, 'CHINS5' into seattle boeing field, our STAR which is dated 'nov/fri/03,' had a crossing restr off 'humpp' intersection at 15000 ft for aircraft landing to the south, which is what the airport was doing at that time. It had a restr for 'raddy' intersection at 11000 ft for landing into the north. While crossing raddy at 21000 ft, the controller advised that the restr was for 'raddy' at 16000 ft and we were at 21000 ft. We advised him what our 'STAR,' dated 'nov/fri/03,' showed, which was 'humpp' at 15000 ft and no restr for 'raddy,' but 11000 ft for landing to the north! We were given a phone number to call the 'center' supervisor! He had a different crossing restr on the 'nos charts' they use. We checked our commercial revisions in the airplane and found no other updated charts.
