Narrative:
Was landing at ZZZ having tracked in (gear down) on the ILS (runway 33). On turning final (runway 15) noted an aircraft, that had made no radio xmissions, suddenly in front of me. Elected to plan for possible go around with flaps down, gear up. Over the runway the other aircraft was still on the runway. In attempting go around I encountered some turbulence (or something) and was unable to cope. Result was gear-up landing and some aircraft damage. No injuries.

Title: A PLT ATTEMPTS A GAR DUE TO A TFC CONFLICT RESULTING IN A LOSS OF ACFT CTL AND A GEAR UP LNDG.
Narrative: WAS LNDG AT ZZZ HAVING TRACKED IN (GEAR DOWN) ON THE ILS (RWY 33). ON TURNING FINAL (RWY 15) NOTED AN ACFT, THAT HAD MADE NO RADIO XMISSIONS, SUDDENLY IN FRONT OF ME. ELECTED TO PLAN FOR POSSIBLE GAR WITH FLAPS DOWN, GEAR UP. OVER THE RWY THE OTHER ACFT WAS STILL ON THE RWY. IN ATTEMPTING GAR I ENCOUNTERED SOME TURB (OR SOMETHING) AND WAS UNABLE TO COPE.
