Narrative:
Two B737 radomes may have been improperly returned to service without the appropriate card inspection, documenting their approval for return to service. These 2 radomes were returned to service without receiving an inspection. Air carrier requires inspecting using job card prior to return to service. I believe the 2 radomes were returned to service in violation of company policy. I questioned shop lead mechanic regarding the status and was told no inspections were required. The shop production supervisor told the lead mechanic to make the 2 radomes serviceable. This error could have been prevented if the production supervisor had complied with the provisions as stated in maintenance manual.
