IMC. Hit what appeared to be a WX balloon at 15000 ft 320 KTS. Impacted at first officer's forward window. Visually checked window area and noted no damage. Also checked engine instruments. All seemed normal. Continued flight. Supplemental information from acn 611831: hit what appeared to be a small WX balloon on nose of aircraft. Put in logbook and inspected by maintenance.
