Narrative:
Prior to takeoff, flight attendant advised the flight crew she had a passenger in first class that did not want to fasten his seatbelt. She soon called back and said everything was fine and he complied with her instructions. Continued for GGG. After takeoff, she informed us he was very disruptive to her and the passenger around him. She was now reseating the other passenger and disruptive passenger in first class appeared intoxicated. After several conversations with flight attendant, it was apparent the passenger had not verbally threatened or physically threatened anyone or the flight itself. Appeared intoxicated and was rude and disruptive. The flight attendant insisted that law enforcement meet the flight. The flight was very short, so we radioed to GGG operations. Advised of our situation and to have police standing by. The flight attendant then wanted this passenger removed. We notified tower of our intentions as operations was unreachable. No further problems developed.
