Narrative:
I am responding as requested to the corrective action I wrote on mar/tue/04. When I checked, the lamp holders indicated in the discrepancy that the fluorescent tubes had been installed. I saw no indication that the lamp holders were 'broken.' I checked to ensure the lamp holders securely held the fluorescent tubes. I observed no other indication of unsvcability.
