Narrative:
ATC advised traffic 10-11 O'clock position, 2 mi same altitude. At the same time, onboard traffic alert system indicated traffic about 1 mi, 100 ft above. Saw conflicting aircraft off to the left and initiated an immediate descent. Other aircraft appeared to initiate a climb. Passed about 100 ft below other aircraft.

Narrative: ATC ADVISED TFC 10-11 O'CLOCK POS, 2 MI SAME ALT. AT THE SAME TIME, ONBOARD TFC ALERT SYS INDICATED TFC ABOUT 1 MI, 100 FT ABOVE. SAW CONFLICTING ACFT OFF TO THE L AND INITIATED AN IMMEDIATE DSCNT. OTHER ACFT APPEARED TO INITIATE A CLB. PASSED ABOUT 100 FT BELOW OTHER ACFT.
