Narrative:
The PIC was taxiing on taxiway C when ground advised us to taxi back to the home ramp via the north ramp taxiway, to give way to a beech 1900. The PIC then taxis into a ditch between charlie 4 and charlie 3. The problem was that the taxiway lighting was not adequate enough for safe taxing. The lighting system must be repaired and/or redone in order to prevent a future occurrence.

Title: PLTS OF AN ACFT ARE UNABLE TO SEE A DITCH AT PRC DUE TO POOR LIGHTING RESULTING IN AN ACFT RUNNING INTO THE DITCH.
Narrative: THE PIC WAS TAXIING ON TXWY C WHEN GND ADVISED US TO TAXI BACK TO THE HOME RAMP VIA THE N RAMP TXWY, TO GIVE WAY TO A BEECH 1900. THE PIC THEN TAXIS INTO A DITCH BETWEEN CHARLIE 4 AND CHARLIE 3. THE PROB WAS THAT THE TXWY LIGHTING WAS NOT ADEQUATE ENOUGH FOR SAFE TAXING. THE LIGHTING SYSTEM MUST BE REPAIRED AND/OR REDONE IN ORDER TO PREVENT A FUTURE OCCURRENCE.
