Narrative:
Made standard left traffic approach according to noise abatement guidelines. Upon touchdown on runway 3, airplane rolled right and left on runway surface into grassy area between runway and main parallel taxiway. Attempts to steer and recover were unsuccessful. Airplane went nose down into grass after passing through a small drainage ditch. All persons aboard were uninjured. Plane suffered minor damage to nose gear, propeller and left wingtip.

Title: RWY EXCURSION WHEN A PLT OF A PA28 EXPERIENCES A LOSS OF ACFT CTL WHEN LNDG RWY 3 AT ZZZ, US.
Narrative: MADE STANDARD L TFC APCH ACCORDING TO NOISE ABATEMENT GUIDELINES. UPON TOUCHDOWN ON RWY 3, AIRPLANE ROLLED R AND L ON RWY SURFACE INTO GRASSY AREA BTWN RWY AND MAIN PARALLEL TXWY. ATTEMPTS TO STEER AND RECOVER WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. AIRPLANE WENT NOSE DOWN INTO GRASS AFTER PASSING THROUGH A SMALL DRAINAGE DITCH. ALL PERSONS ABOARD WERE UNINJURED. PLANE SUFFERED MINOR DAMAGE TO NOSE GEAR, PROP AND L WINGTIP.
