Narrative:
We were cleared to taxi from the FBO to runway 23. We crossed runway 19 uneventfully and came to runway 23. Believing we were cleared to cross the runway, we continued to taxi onto the other side of runway 23. Ground called us and told us we should have held short of runway 23. I explained I thought we were cleared to the end. He stated we should have held short and said to check the airman's information manual. There were no aircraft either on approach or takeoff so there was no near miss with traffic. I thought a clearance to taxi to a runway included crossing all runways to the end. I will read the aim and clarify that in my mind. I believe the clearance should have been to taxi to but hold short of runway 23. Keeping this in mind in the future, I will not cross another runway until I am sure we were cleared to cross. Contributing factors include: I have been to this airport many times and believe maybe I became complacent. PF and I discussed at great length and both of us were sure we were cleared to cross all runways. PF asked as we approached runway 23 if we were cleared to cross and we both agreed we were cleared to the end of runway 23. We will be more careful in the future to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Title: C560 CREW MISINTERPRET TAXI CLRNC TO RWY 23 AT CAK TO INCLUDE CLRNC TO CROSS RWY 23 TO GET TO THE DEP END.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI FROM THE FBO TO RWY 23. WE CROSSED RWY 19 UNEVENTFULLY AND CAME TO RWY 23. BELIEVING WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS THE RWY, WE CONTINUED TO TAXI ONTO THE OTHER SIDE OF RWY 23. GND CALLED US AND TOLD US WE SHOULD HAVE HELD SHORT OF RWY 23. I EXPLAINED I THOUGHT WE WERE CLRED TO THE END. HE STATED WE SHOULD HAVE HELD SHORT AND SAID TO CHK THE AIRMAN'S INFO MANUAL. THERE WERE NO ACFT EITHER ON APCH OR TKOF SO THERE WAS NO NEAR MISS WITH TFC. I THOUGHT A CLRNC TO TAXI TO A RWY INCLUDED XING ALL RWYS TO THE END. I WILL READ THE AIM AND CLARIFY THAT IN MY MIND. I BELIEVE THE CLRNC SHOULD HAVE BEEN TO TAXI TO BUT HOLD SHORT OF RWY 23. KEEPING THIS IN MIND IN THE FUTURE, I WILL NOT CROSS ANOTHER RWY UNTIL I AM SURE WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS INCLUDE: I HAVE BEEN TO THIS ARPT MANY TIMES AND BELIEVE MAYBE I BECAME COMPLACENT. PF AND I DISCUSSED AT GREAT LENGTH AND BOTH OF US WERE SURE WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS ALL RWYS. PF ASKED AS WE APCHED RWY 23 IF WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS AND WE BOTH AGREED WE WERE CLRED TO THE END OF RWY 23. WE WILL BE MORE CAREFUL IN THE FUTURE TO MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
