Departed to practice area from ccr. Slight right quartering crosswind. Returned from practice area and requested touch and go. Cleared for touch and go runway 19R. Normal landing. Prepared for takeoff by aligning on centerline, set trim, and retracted flaps. Retracted gear instead of flaps by mistake. Departed aircraft without injury.
