Narrative:

Chief pilot called me on a layover to inform me that the aircraft we left in slc earlier had a missing panel. This was a screw down panel -- no access fasteners. The threaded part of the screws were still in the holes, but the screw heads and the panel were missing. We flew the aircraft for 3 legs with a layover. I did the preflts in ZZZ2 and ZZZ1 and a postflt in ZZZ. The captain did the preflight the next day in ZZZ. The panel was discovered missing by the next crew in ZZZ1. Neither the captain nor I noticed anything unusual on our aircraft inspections.
