Narrative:
Aircraft #1 nwbound on J95 at FL350 overtaking C550 at FL350. Aircraft #2 opposite direction at FL370. Aircraft #1 was climbed to FL370. Saw confliction, tried to turn aircraft #2, but was already shipped to ZBW. Aircraft #2 turned, stopped climb and descended to FL350. Loss of separation at 4 mi, 1200 ft. Traffic cleared. Reclbed aircraft #1 and returned on course.
