Narrative:
Single engine commander 115 (AC-11) on departure from runway 9 experienced sudden, undetermined engine problems with power loss at 100 ft AGL. Takeoff aborted and landed on runway gear up. I shut down all critical system when aircraft came to rest and exited uninjured.

Title: AC11 PLT EXPERIENCES ENG FAILURE IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF FROM RWY 27 AT ZZZ. PLT LANDS ON RWY WITH GEAR RETRACTED.
Narrative: SINGLE ENG COMMANDER 115 (AC-11) ON DEP FROM RWY 9 EXPERIENCED SUDDEN, UNDETERMINED ENG PROBS WITH PWR LOSS AT 100 FT AGL. TKOF ABORTED AND LANDED ON RWY GEAR UP. I SHUT DOWN ALL CRITICAL SYS WHEN ACFT CAME TO REST AND EXITED UNINJURED.
