Narrative:
Departing iah runway 15L. Tower cleared us for takeoff runway 15L and to turn right to 360 degree heading. We did so. At approximately 800 ft AGL, heard another company flight say, 'hey tower, what is the '73' off runway 15L turning too.' I looked out my right window to see a B737 down below, slightly behind us turning the same bank and rate as we were. Tower responded to us, 'air carrier X turn left 360 degrees.' then the tower got quiet. We complied and double checked our notes on what happened. The rest of the flight proceeded normal.
