Narrative:
Met the captain in for the preflight. He said he was not feeling well at the time, but did not want to screw over the company as there were no reserves available. The flight went off with no drama at all. During the approach and landing, the captain accomplished all PNF duties with no issue at all. After landing roll was completed and we were clear of the active, captain advised me he felt too ill to taxi and needed medical assistance immediately. Called ground and operations and advised them of the situation and that we needed an ambulance. I taxied the aircraft to the gate and the paramedics took over.
