Narrative:
The APU was deferred for a bleed air leak. Circuit breaker 'left/M' panel ECAM after takeoff. We dismissed the ECAM as false, related to 2 collared circuit breakers on the panel to inoperative the APU. During cruise, the captain noticed the 2 collared circuit breakers didn't match the 2 specified on the MEL card for the inoperative'ed APU. The correct circuit breakers were 1 row lower, had very similar labeling and were the unmonitored type. I don't think safety was ever in question since we didn't use the APU or APU bleed.
