Narrative:

Aircraft was being marshalled into parking spot. 2 wing walkers were present as well. The marshaller was waving us into our parking spot, and ignored or wasn't paying attention to the wing walker's directions to stop. The left wing of the aircraft struck a stationary baggage cart that was parked outside of its authority/authorized parking spot. The main causes were the marshaller's lack of attention to his wing walkers, the parking of a baggage cart outside of its assigned zone, and the inability of the captain to closely monitor the left wing.
