Narrative:
I was informed today that there was a maintenance action that I bought off (inspector buy off column) on an inboard track fairing of a right wing trailing edge inboard flap. The discrepancy that was generated after the finding states that there was missing hardware. The information I got states that I was the last person involved with that job. I don't know which hardware was missing. Supplemental information from acn 618717: #5 flap track fairing was not overlooked properly for missing parts before installation.
