Narrative:
When we raised the landing gear, the 'gear disagree' EICAS message was annunciated, and the 'doors' light illuminated. We could feel a vibration and rumbling associated with the open gear door. I declared an emergency and I landed overweight at 214000 pounds without incident.

Narrative: WHEN WE RAISED THE LNDG GEAR, THE 'GEAR DISAGREE' EICAS MESSAGE WAS ANNUNCIATED, AND THE 'DOORS' LIGHT ILLUMINATED. WE COULD FEEL A VIBRATION AND RUMBLING ASSOCIATED WITH THE OPEN GEAR DOOR. I DECLARED AN EMER AND I LANDED OVERWT AT 214000 LBS WITHOUT INCIDENT.
