Narrative:
The #1 flight attendant called from the aft jumpseat on approach for landing. He stated that one of our engines had flamed out, but the cockpit crew was able to restart the engine. He told us that we were going around again to do another approach for landing. He then told us that if it would be necessary for us to evacuate/evacuation, the standard verbiage and signal would be our signal to start an evacuate/evacuation. We landed in mco without incident.

Title: A FLT ATTENDANT RPT ON AN INFLT ENG SHUTDOWN AND RESTART ON AN APCH AND LNDG IN THEIR B757 AT MCO, FL.
Narrative: THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT CALLED FROM THE AFT JUMPSEAT ON APCH FOR LNDG. HE STATED THAT ONE OF OUR ENGS HAD FLAMED OUT, BUT THE COCKPIT CREW WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE ENG. HE TOLD US THAT WE WERE GOING AROUND AGAIN TO DO ANOTHER APCH FOR LNDG. HE THEN TOLD US THAT IF IT WOULD BE NECESSARY FOR US TO EVAC, THE STANDARD VERBIAGE AND SIGNAL WOULD BE OUR SIGNAL TO START AN EVAC. WE LANDED IN MCO WITHOUT INCIDENT.
