Narrative:

On climb out, at about FL200, noticed #1 engine oil pressure fluctuating +/- 10, 45-55. Vibration was 3.2, probably unrelated. At leveloff, fluctuations were still 10, now 45-35, vibration 2.2. Oil temperature and quantity ok. After discussions with maintenance control, elected to return to guam. Declared an emergency and made an uneventful, overweight landing (150K). Flight attendants did excellent job of securing service and preparing cabin for landing.
