Narrative:
2 passenger, young men, boarded and took seats next to each other in coach. One of the passenger had a drink in his hand. They were being loud and rowdy -- speaking in spanish-only the whole time. #5 flight attendant was our spanish speaker (the only one on the crew that spoke spanish) and was listening to the 2 guys trying to organize some kind of demonstration to take place in the evening. Well after we were in the air, they planned to stand up and bang on the overhead bins. He approached the 2 men, advised that it will not be allowed or tolerated on the aircraft. The 2 men argued back. Other surrounding passenger then spoke up in defense of the 2 men as #5 flight attendant insisted that they behave or they will be removed. The argument only got bigger and heated. The #1 flight attendant came back, got involved, insisted the 2 men be taken off. They refused. We asked the captain for reinforcement. Neither of them wanted to come back and be involved. They (cockpit) called for security or police to come on board. Finally, I believe a customs agent came on and walked them off. Air marshals were on board but were not involved.
