Narrative:

After landing, we were informed by dispatch that sea had loaded 4300 pounds of freight that was not accounted for on the weight manifest, thus putting us overweight for takeoff from sea, and landing in ZZZ. We had no idea of the problem until after landing, and then made the required entry in the aircraft logbook.

Title: FLT CREW OF B737 ADVISED AFTER LNDG AT EWR THAT 4300 LBS OF CARGO WAS LOADED AT DEP STATION AND NOT ACCOUNTED FOR IN THEIR WT CALCULATIONS. BOTH TKOF AND LNDG WERE OVER MAX AS A RESULT.
