Narrative:
On taxi-in at sfo gate, I made a right turn onto the taxi in line and checked my marshallers and taxied in following the marshaller's signals. I then set the brake and completed the shutdown checklist. I packed my bag and said goodbye to the passenger and met the new captain on the jetway. He told me that a catering truck had backed into my left wing. He asked me if I wanted him to enter it in the aircraft logbook. I said I would enter it. I then went outside and inspected the wing with sfo mechanics. The wing was over the truck about a foot and did not appear to damage the wingtip. I then went to the hotel. I got a call from sfo maintenance 2 hours later saying I had taxied into the truck. I don't believe this happened because I felt no impact and the marshallers did not give me any indication that anything unusual had happened. I only learned about the incident from the new captain. Supplemental information from acn 622296: in terminal captain indicated that catering truck on gate Y had backed into left wing of our aircraft.
