Did not enter 'complied with airworthiness directive inspection' in logbook after performing carriage spindle check. Distrs due to numerous aircraft movement with several crews to do ndt inspections at hangar because equipment would not work outside in cold temperature.

Narrative: DID NOT ENTER 'COMPLIED WITH AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE INSPECTION' IN LOGBOOK AFTER PERFORMING CARRIAGE SPINDLE CHK. DISTRS DUE TO NUMEROUS ACFT MOVEMENT WITH SEVERAL CREWS TO DO NDT INSPECTIONS AT HANGAR BECAUSE EQUIP WOULD NOT WORK OUTSIDE IN COLD TEMP.
