Narrative:
During an FAA base inspection on jun/mon/04, we were made aware of a few incorrect pages in the afm. We made those changes and confirmed the aircraft's airworthiness with mr X, one of the FAA inspectors. On jun/wed/04, upon arrival at ZZZ1 our office advised us that we were grounded due to a few 'maintenance concerns.' apparently our company was never made aware of some inspection programs on CL604 aircraft. Inspection programs on things such as the latches in the forward galley. The director of operations and chief pilot say that 'we' grounded the plane, but I have been lied to before and am concerned that the FAA may have been the one to ground the plane. I have made a call to the FSDO office in my area to get a 'straight' answer. I am happy that the inspectors told the director of operations he must begin to manage the company from the office not from the road. It's hard to work for companies run by dishonest people.
