Narrative:
On jun/tue/04, at ZOA oceanic sector 5, at about XA30Z, tyo aidc interface and nadin suffered an unscheduled, unplanned outage. Loss affected the entire oceanic area's cpdlc message processing, conflict probe/conflict alert and tyo interface capability. This outage occurred during a very busy traffic period, with several unusual military aircraft sits and severe WX over guam (which caused numerous WX deviations and reroutes). Due to the outage complexity at oceanic sector 5 workload was increased to almost unmanageable levels for a period of about 3 hours.
