Narrative:
During 'C' check, while performing altitude alert check, the work card has a line to record the altitude where the alert occurred. I forgot to record the altitude. During 'C' check, while performing a standby compass check, the work card has a lien to record the initial heading. I forgot to record the heading. Both work cards have been changed, and the recording lines deleted.
