Narrative:
I handed off aircraft X to ZKC level at FL260. Shipped communications. I took radar on aircraft Y at FL270 and descended to FL240. I saw the confliction between the two and told aircraft Y to fly heading 010 degrees and expedite. He complied. ZKC descended aircraft X and turned him south. I stopped aircraft Y and told him to climb back to FL260. He complied. I told him to report level. He did.

I TOLD HIM TO RPT LEVEL. HE DID.
