Narrative:
This aircraft had 6 main landing gear tires that ZZZ maintenance said were below pre service check levels. They changed 3 of the tires and asked technical services for time controled items to cover the remaining 3 tires. The aircraft had been in ZZZ since XA58 on the jun/sat/04. They had all day to change the tires. The manager ordered a technician to issue 3 time controled items for the tires. Should have been changed at next maintenance station. It went through 3 stations.
