On jun/tue/04, I was assigned to help replace the primary stabilizer trim motor on aircraft X. Due to the fact that we do not work on primary flight controls very often, we overlooked the fact that it was an rii item.

Narrative: ON JUN/TUE/04, I WAS ASSIGNED TO HELP REPLACE THE PRIMARY STABILIZER TRIM MOTOR ON ACFT X. DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE DO NOT WORK ON PRIMARY FLT CTLS VERY OFTEN, WE OVERLOOKED THE FACT THAT IT WAS AN RII ITEM.
