Title: A B737-400 JUST RELEASED FROM HVY MAINT WAS FOUND TO HAVE NUMEROUS PROBS WITH THE TRAILING EDGE FLAP RIGGING. JACK SCREW GIMBALS WERE ALSO FOUND IMPROPERLY SHIMMED.
