Narrative:
First sign of trouble: passenger who were together boarded plane. One walks right into my galley and asks for 2 cups. I ask her, 'you're not drinking your own alcohol, are you?' she replied, 'of course we are...not' they were originally in seats that were 8 rows apart. They asked other passenger to move so they could situation together in one row. Flight attendants in main cabin saw them pouring their own wine and took the bottle after informing them they could not drink their own alcohol on board. (I had made the required announcement after takeoff saying just that.) they became very upset and began to swear at the flight attendants. They used very bad language and rang their call button a lot. They asked for cups and cups of water and cans of club soda. Other passenger said they would take the beverages and pour them on the carpet and ring for more. I had only that contact in the beginning of the flight and no other. The other flight attendants were handling it so well, I didn't need to get involved, though, I asked them if they wanted me to, I would. Passenger came off the flight complimenting the crew for how they handled these rowdy passenger, even shaking the hand of the #3 flight attendant, since they were sick and tired of the trouble they had caused.
