Narrative:

Performed 'a' check on aircraft X. Other technician found #12 brake assembly to be worn to the limit. We changed brake assembly per maintenance manual and also #12 tire as it was almost worn to limit. Fmr (flight maintenance report) also required #2 tire change. After tire change and brake change the other technician signed off tire and brake replacements and left confirmation for me to sign. I signed all 3 confirmation blocks when brakes should have been rii (required inspection item). I voided circle on rii block.
