Narrative:
Landed aircraft with landing gear partially down, no gear warning horn. No major damage to aircraft. The accident may have been prevented by checking manual gear down position of gear down handle. In discussing the particulars regarding the incident with an ai familiar with the type aircraft, suggested that the circuit breaker for the landing gear be replaced at 10 yr intervals. From a human performance view point, the pilot should gump a second time, including checking the gear down manual handle.
