Narrative:

I was under pressure from management and the ZZZ1 FAA FSDO to perform a special ferry flight for maintenance from ZZZ2-ZZZ3. I later discovered the flight was performed illegally because the paperwork (special ferry permit) did not properly document the carriage of 2 passenger on the flight. I also believe that, based on facsimile control number on special ferry permit, that management may have illegally altered the ferry permit without FAA approval.

Title: THE CAPT QUESTIONS FERRY PERMIT AUTH WITH DEADHEAD CREW MEMBERS ON BOARD. THE COMPANY'S DISPATCH AND FSDO AUTH WERE QUESTIONED BY THE RPTR.

Narrative: I WAS UNDER PRESSURE FROM MGMNT AND THE ZZZ1 FAA FSDO TO PERFORM A SPECIAL FERRY FLT FOR MAINT FROM ZZZ2-ZZZ3. I LATER DISCOVERED THE FLT WAS PERFORMED ILLEGALLY BECAUSE THE PAPERWORK (SPECIAL FERRY PERMIT) DID NOT PROPERLY DOCUMENT THE CARRIAGE OF 2 PAX ON THE FLT. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT, BASED ON FAX CTL NUMBER ON SPECIAL FERRY PERMIT, THAT MGMNT MAY HAVE ILLEGALLY ALTERED THE FERRY PERMIT WITHOUT FAA APPROVAL.
