Narrative:

This flight was delayed due to first officer staffing and APU deferral. AC ground power was connected via portable gpu and the main cabin door was closed. Immediately after closing the main cabin door we lost AC power. The pushback coordinator was not present. A ramper was on the right side of the aircraft at the gpu panel. I asked the flight attendant to open the service door to get the ramper to reestablish ground power. The low pressure (air conditioning) air was still connected to the aircraft causing the flight attendant to be pulled out the service door and onto the ramp. I got out of my seat and went to the galley to find the flight attendant standing on the ramp. I opened the main cabin door and met the flight attendant on the ramp. I asked her if she was ok and she indicated she was and was ok to continue the flight. At this time, I noticed that both the high pressure and low pressure ground air were connected to the aircraft. The flight attendant boarded the aircraft. I went to the gate and notified the gate agent, called the dispatch supervisor, and the flight attendant supervisor. I asked the flight attendant supervisor to come to the gate to make sure the flight attendant was ok to continue the flight, said she would come right down. Arriving back on the aircraft, I asked the flight attendant if she was ok again and she said she was, just had a small red mark on her knee. The flight attendant supervisor arrived and talked to the flight attendant and then indicated to me the flight attendant told her she was ok to continue the flight. Our company procedures require a flight attendant to be on board when passenger are on board and since our only flight attendant was off the aircraft momentarily, we didn't have a flight attendant on board for approximately 2 mins. The flight continued without further incident.

Title: THE FLT ATTENDANT ON A CL65 WAS 'BLOWN' OUT OF THE ACFT WHEN THE CAPT ASKED HER TO OPEN THE SVC DOOR TO CONFER WITH THE RAMPER.

Narrative: THIS FLT WAS DELAYED DUE TO FO STAFFING AND APU DEFERRAL. AC GND PWR WAS CONNECTED VIA PORTABLE GPU AND THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WAS CLOSED. IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WE LOST AC PWR. THE PUSHBACK COORDINATOR WAS NOT PRESENT. A RAMPER WAS ON THE R SIDE OF THE ACFT AT THE GPU PANEL. I ASKED THE FLT ATTENDANT TO OPEN THE SVC DOOR TO GET THE RAMPER TO REESTABLISH GND PWR. THE LOW PRESSURE (AIR CONDITIONING) AIR WAS STILL CONNECTED TO THE ACFT CAUSING THE FLT ATTENDANT TO BE PULLED OUT THE SVC DOOR AND ONTO THE RAMP. I GOT OUT OF MY SEAT AND WENT TO THE GALLEY TO FIND THE FLT ATTENDANT STANDING ON THE RAMP. I OPENED THE MAIN CABIN DOOR AND MET THE FLT ATTENDANT ON THE RAMP. I ASKED HER IF SHE WAS OK AND SHE INDICATED SHE WAS AND WAS OK TO CONTINUE THE FLT. AT THIS TIME, I NOTICED THAT BOTH THE HIGH PRESSURE AND LOW PRESSURE GND AIR WERE CONNECTED TO THE ACFT. THE FLT ATTENDANT BOARDED THE ACFT. I WENT TO THE GATE AND NOTIFIED THE GATE AGENT, CALLED THE DISPATCH SUPVR, AND THE FLT ATTENDANT SUPVR. I ASKED THE FLT ATTENDANT SUPVR TO COME TO THE GATE TO MAKE SURE THE FLT ATTENDANT WAS OK TO CONTINUE THE FLT, SAID SHE WOULD COME RIGHT DOWN. ARRIVING BACK ON THE ACFT, I ASKED THE FLT ATTENDANT IF SHE WAS OK AGAIN AND SHE SAID SHE WAS, JUST HAD A SMALL RED MARK ON HER KNEE. THE FLT ATTENDANT SUPVR ARRIVED AND TALKED TO THE FLT ATTENDANT AND THEN INDICATED TO ME THE FLT ATTENDANT TOLD HER SHE WAS OK TO CONTINUE THE FLT. OUR COMPANY PROCS REQUIRE A FLT ATTENDANT TO BE ON BOARD WHEN PAX ARE ON BOARD AND SINCE OUR ONLY FLT ATTENDANT WAS OFF THE ACFT MOMENTARILY, WE DIDN'T HAVE A FLT ATTENDANT ON BOARD FOR APPROX 2 MINS. THE FLT CONTINUED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
