Narrative:

95 mi from mia passing FL300 for FL330, I was notified by #1 flight attendant that a medical emergency was developing in the cabin. Passenger, a 47 yr old female with a history of high blood pressure, was feeling faint and developing a rapid pulse rate and chest pains. #4 flight attendant was attending to the passenger with #1 flight attendant assisting. The passenger also exhibited signs of incoherence and a potential loss of consciousness. Oxygen was administered and the aed seal was broken open and available. The passenger vomited on the descent but didn't lose consciousness. A medical emergency was declared and a high speed descent into mia with an overweight landing at 143.3 pounds, normal landing and a sink rate of 11 FPM was performed on runway 26L. Medical personnel met the aircraft and confirmed a very high blood pressure and chest pains. An overweight landing inspection and emergency medical equipment and oxygen was replaced prior to our departure back to ZZZ1.

Narrative: 95 MI FROM MIA PASSING FL300 FOR FL330, I WAS NOTIFIED BY #1 FLT ATTENDANT THAT A MEDICAL EMER WAS DEVELOPING IN THE CABIN. PAX, A 47 YR OLD FEMALE WITH A HISTORY OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, WAS FEELING FAINT AND DEVELOPING A RAPID PULSE RATE AND CHEST PAINS. #4 FLT ATTENDANT WAS ATTENDING TO THE PAX WITH #1 FLT ATTENDANT ASSISTING. THE PAX ALSO EXHIBITED SIGNS OF INCOHERENCE AND A POTENTIAL LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS. OXYGEN WAS ADMINISTERED AND THE AED SEAL WAS BROKEN OPEN AND AVAILABLE. THE PAX VOMITED ON THE DSCNT BUT DIDN'T LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS. A MEDICAL EMER WAS DECLARED AND A HIGH SPD DSCNT INTO MIA WITH AN OVERWT LNDG AT 143.3 LBS, NORMAL LNDG AND A SINK RATE OF 11 FPM WAS PERFORMED ON RWY 26L. MEDICAL PERSONNEL MET THE ACFT AND CONFIRMED A VERY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND CHEST PAINS. AN OVERWT LNDG INSPECTION AND EMER MEDICAL EQUIP AND OXYGEN WAS REPLACED PRIOR TO OUR DEP BACK TO ZZZ1.
