Narrative:
While plting a C172 at isp, runway 6, I was cleared to take off. At 800 ft I was cleared to a heading of 110 degrees when the aircraft experienced engine vibration and loss of RPM. Published poh emergency procedures did not alleviate the problem. I then requested ATC priority for an emergency landing on runway 28. Cause of problem was determined to be an intake leak with #4 cylinder due to a loose coupling.
