Title: A B737 FLT ATTENDANT RPTED THAT A RETURN TO THE DEP ARPT, ZZZ, WAS CALLED FOR AFTER THE CAPT WAS UNABLE TO RETRACT THE FLAPS DURING CLBOUT.
