Title: AN MD80 WAS FOUND TO HAVE THE L ENG CONSTANT SPD DRIVE OVER-SVCED. THE TECHNICIAN WORING THE INSPECTION ITEMS DID NOT SVC THE CSD OR STARTERS, BUT SHOULD HAVE NOTED THE OVER-SVCED CSD.
Narrative: PERFORM INTERIOR AND ENG INSPECTION ITEMS, TO INCLUDE ENG INLET AND EXHAUST CSD (CONSTANT SPD DRIVE) AND ENG OIL SVCING. DID NOT SVC ANY CSD'S OR STARTERS.
