Narrative:
After landing, while taxiing in, I was in the right seat (allowing a copilot close to upgrade to get experience in the left seat), finishing the after landing checklist. I picked up the flight log to write times on and the PF said 'look at this guy.' I looked up to see a tailwheel single engine airplane executing a go around to avoid us. While I was looking inside the cockpit, the PF had taxied onto a runway, as it was the only way to the ramp, but had failed to check for traffic. We had landed runway 28, and taxied onto runway 22 with traffic on final. I had trusted the taxiing to him while I had my eyes inside. But in reality, having 2 crew members is not so you can do twice as many tasks, but so one can check the other. He had told me he thought the runway was closed, due to the state of disrepair (cracks and growing grass). We've agreed that any runway crossed, open or closed, deserves to be cleared left and cleared right.

Title: AFTER LNDG HTO RWY 28, AN AIR TAXI CREW TURN ONTO A XING RWY CAUSING A SINGLE ENG ACFT TO GO AROUND.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG, WHILE TAXIING IN, I WAS IN THE R SEAT (ALLOWING A COPLT CLOSE TO UPGRADE TO GET EXPERIENCE IN THE L SEAT), FINISHING THE AFTER LNDG CHKLIST. I PICKED UP THE FLT LOG TO WRITE TIMES ON AND THE PF SAID 'LOOK AT THIS GUY.' I LOOKED UP TO SEE A TAILWHEEL SINGLE ENG AIRPLANE EXECUTING A GAR TO AVOID US. WHILE I WAS LOOKING INSIDE THE COCKPIT, THE PF HAD TAXIED ONTO A RWY, AS IT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO THE RAMP, BUT HAD FAILED TO CHK FOR TFC. WE HAD LANDED RWY 28, AND TAXIED ONTO RWY 22 WITH TFC ON FINAL. I HAD TRUSTED THE TAXIING TO HIM WHILE I HAD MY EYES INSIDE. BUT IN REALITY, HAVING 2 CREW MEMBERS IS NOT SO YOU CAN DO TWICE AS MANY TASKS, BUT SO ONE CAN CHK THE OTHER. HE HAD TOLD ME HE THOUGHT THE RWY WAS CLOSED, DUE TO THE STATE OF DISREPAIR (CRACKS AND GROWING GRASS). WE'VE AGREED THAT ANY RWY CROSSED, OPEN OR CLOSED, DESERVES TO BE CLRED L AND CLRED R.
