Narrative:
ATC service. Landing at runway 14R at ord and during short final, heard an aircraft told by tower to expedite and cross runway 14R at taxiway H. During rollout at taxiway K9 turnoff, noticed a B727 on the runway crossing at taxiway H. We never heard any call from the tower regarding the aircraft on runway during the rollout. We had not been told to hold short, so we let it roll out until taxiway K9 to exit and saw the incursion jet on the runway.

Narrative: ATC SVC. LNDG AT RWY 14R AT ORD AND DURING SHORT FINAL, HEARD AN ACFT TOLD BY TWR TO EXPEDITE AND CROSS RWY 14R AT TXWY H. DURING ROLLOUT AT TXWY K9 TURNOFF, NOTICED A B727 ON THE RWY XING AT TXWY H. WE NEVER HEARD ANY CALL FROM THE TWR REGARDING THE ACFT ON RWY DURING THE ROLLOUT. WE HAD NOT BEEN TOLD TO HOLD SHORT, SO WE LET IT ROLL OUT UNTIL TXWY K9 TO EXIT AND SAW THE INCURSION JET ON THE RWY.
