Narrative:
Unknown aircraft, probably skirting the traffic back up around pbi. Came in at a high speed apparently VFR. We pushed the aircraft over at 17500 ft because of TA/RA alert. Had we not turned hard left 50 degrees the target would have hit us. Had it not been for the TCASII we would have or he would have impacted with us!

Narrative: UNKNOWN ACFT, PROBABLY SKIRTING THE TFC BACK UP AROUND PBI. CAME IN AT A HIGH SPD APPARENTLY VFR. WE PUSHED THE ACFT OVER AT 17500 FT BECAUSE OF TA/RA ALERT. HAD WE NOT TURNED HARD L 50 DEGS THE TARGET WOULD HAVE HIT US. HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE TCASII WE WOULD HAVE OR HE WOULD HAVE IMPACTED WITH US!
